Jared Bradley, President AIA, NCARB, is an accomplished architect-developer that carries a Tennessee General Contractor's license-BC unlimited and a California General Contractor's license, with a variety of built work in San Diego and Nashville. He approaches the construction process by aligning the owner, architect and contractor as a unified team from project onset. Giving equal value to the contributions all team members, from designers to public agencies, subcontractors and political decision makers, eases any tension that sometimes arises during construction projects of all scales. 

Scott DeLano, Principal, brings 25 years of field and project management experience building educational institutions, hospitality, multifamily projects, medical/facilities, restaurant/service industry projects, and historic restoration work in Michigan and throughout the mid-South. He’s known for his commitment to building and maintaining relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors and project partners. He has a reputation for finding valuable solutions to keep projects on budget, on schedule and deliveringon commitments.

Jon Knight, Project Manager, has worked in construction project management in the Nashville area for the past 10 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana Tech University and his experience working in an architecture firm gives him a immense perspective when working through construction details in the field. Jon has successfully managed many difficult projects and continues to deliver quality with a continued emphasis on maintaining budget and schedule.

Jay Slaughter, Project Manager, offers more than 10 years of field and construction management experience, including onsite and offsite project operations on number of award-winning commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and restaurant/service industry construction projects. He excels at gaining a true understanding of a clients’ needs and meets those needs all the while delivering a project on time and within budget. Jay’s personal commitment to excellence is reflected in every project he manages.

Rob Allen, Project Manager, holds Bachelor of Science in Concrete Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University. Rob has successfully managed projects with budgets ranging from $ 500K to $ 15M. His desire to provide the owners with strong, budget-minded project management services is unmatched. He is driven to ensure his projects are on time, under budget and with only the highest quality.

 Gina Wolfe, Office Manager, serves as the main hub for project documents and correspondence. She is involved in project start up, issuing of subcontracts/purchase orders, obtaining key vendor documents, tracking all project documents, project billings, project close-out and warranties. Having served alongside this project team for years, Gina provides exceptional job support.
